Challenge

A boat owner’s main question is whether the boat is safe. The operations team also needs to learn about critical alarms quickly, with a clear record of who did what.

What we built

A web console for the operations team, a mobile app for owners and one shared design so both look and behave the same. Every action is checked against a clear set of permissions and written to a tamper-evident log, so the history of who did what cannot be altered afterwards.

Outcome

The first phase is a monitoring-only pilot: remote control, maintenance and payments are deliberately out of scope. The product is in development.
