Challenge

Families and employees don’t know when the shuttle will reach their stop, so they wait outside or miss it. Shuttle operators have no simple way to see who boarded or to reach their riders.

What we built

An app for iPhone and Android with a live map, arrival estimates, stop alarms, one-tap boarding confirmation, a “not riding today” option and a driver mode. Operators manage routes, invites, today’s trips and quick messages from a web panel, with each organisation kept separate. Alerts also reach a paired smartwatch, and the app runs in Turkish, English, German and Arabic.

Outcome

Runs on iPhone and Android with the operator web panel, in four languages.
