Challenge

Running social media for restaurants, cafes and other local businesses involves many moving parts: clients, content calendars, approvals, shoots, reports and prospects. These were scattered across files and spreadsheets.

What we built

One application that serves both the agency’s sales website and its management panel. The panel covers clients, the content calendar, approvals, tasks, shoots, reports and prospects. Sign-in is by e-mail code, so there are no passwords to forget. Prospects can be imported from a spreadsheet, and re-importing keeps the notes already entered. A sales guide and working runbooks are part of the kit.

Outcome

The panel runs and is covered by automated tests. The product is in development and not live yet.
